How we ship — plainly
We work with specialist resin manufacturing partners, and kits are dispatched directly from our partner facilities rather than from a warehouse we own. That keeps prices low, and it means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would: most US orders arrive in 8–15 business days, and a small number of kits ship from further afield and can take up to 30 business days. The estimate shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order. Shipping is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend.
What you receive
Every kit ships unpainted and unassembled in grey resin. Photographs on our product pages often show painted examples so you can see what a sculpt can become — the kit itself arrives as a bare, buildable blank for you to prime, assemble and paint.
Returns
Free returns for 30 days from delivery, for any reason — see our returns policy. If a kit arrives damaged or does not match its listing, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll put it right.
