Returns & Refunds

30-day returns. We pay the return shipping.

If you are not happy with your kit for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund. Return shipping is on us — email support@castforge.shop with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label.

Condition

Because these are unpainted, unassembled resin kits, we ask that returned items are in the condition you received them — unassembled, unpainted and in their original packaging. Once a kit has been glued, primed or painted we cannot resell it and cannot accept a return.

Damaged or faulty kits

Resin is brittle and occasionally a part arrives broken, warped or miscast. If that happens, send a photo to support@castforge.shop within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the kit or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. You do not need to send a damaged kit back.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. We refund the full price you paid, including any shipping you were charged.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched. Email us as soon as possible and we will stop the order if it has not already shipped.
