Shipping

Free tracked shipping on every order. No minimum spend.

Delivery times

Kits ship directly from our manufacturing partner. Most US orders arrive within 8–15 business days. A small number of kits ship from further afield and can take up to 30 business days — the estimate shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

Express delivery is available at checkout for $15 where offered.

International

We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, and delivery typically takes 10–20 business days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, email support@castforge.shop and we will chase it for you.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient.
