1. Who We Are

CastForge is an online retailer of resin model kits and hobby accessories, operated by TheTreasureHubLLC ("CastForge", "us", "our"). Our store is powered by Shopify. By using our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current, and that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted.

3. Products

All products sold on CastForge are resin model kits supplied unassembled and unpainted unless explicitly stated otherwise. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to the handmade nature of resin casting, minor variations in finish, texture, and colour may occur. Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen settings. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not confirmed until we process payment and send an order confirmation email. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. For orders shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, or European Union, prices include applicable customs duties and import charges. For other destinations, taxes, customs duties, or import charges may apply depending on your location and are the buyer's responsibility. Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once a product is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. 6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Personalised or custom items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact us at support@castforge.shop with your order number. Full details are available on our Returns & Refunds page.

7. Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or assign your account to another person.

8. Age Advisory

Some resin model kits contain small parts and sharp edges that are not suitable for children under 14. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure products are appropriate for the intended recipient.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate tools provided by third parties. We do not control or endorse these services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of third-party tools and sites is at your own risk.

10. Relationship with Shopify

CastForge is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. All purchases are made directly with CastForge, not Shopify. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all related claims and liabilities.

11. Privacy

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be transmitted to and processed in countries other than your own.

12. User Content and Feedback

If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that Feedback for any purpose. You represent that you own or have the rights to any Feedback you submit, and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TheTreasureHubLLC AND SHOPIFY, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THEM. OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheTreasureHubLLC and Shopify, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
