How do I track my order?

Are your models painted?
No — CastForge resin kits arrive unpainted and unassembled unless a product listing clearly says otherwise.
What material are the models made from?
Our kits are made from resin, which is popular for hobby projects that need crisp sculpted detail for painting and display.
What scale should I choose?
It depends on your project. Use the Scale Guide for size comparisons, or shop by scale if you already know the size you want to browse.
Is assembly required?
Yes — most kits arrive as multi-part assemblies. We recommend cyanoacrylate (super glue) for resin, and washing parts with warm soapy water before priming.
Do you sell paints and tools?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will help with a replacement or refund review.
