30-Day Return Policy

If you need to return an order, contact CastForge within 30 days of delivery so support can confirm the next step and return instructions.

Conditions

  • Items must be in original, unopened packaging
  • Assembled or painted items cannot be returned
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer (unless item arrived damaged or incorrect)

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email clear photos within 48 hours so support can review replacement or refund options and confirm whether anything needs to be returned.

Wrong Item

If you received the wrong product, email support with your order number and photos of what arrived so CastForge can confirm the correction or return step.

How to Return

  1. Email support@castforge.shop with your order number
  2. We'll send you a return address and instructions
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the return

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
