What if my redemption code doesn't work?
Codes are unique to your account, so make sure you're signed in with the same email you used when redeeming. If it still doesn't apply, email support@castforge.shop and we'll fix it within a business day.
Can I see my points history?
Yes — your most recent earnings, redemptions, and bonuses are listed on your account page alongside your current balance.
